Frozen Tiramisu recipe
I’m going to make this frozen tiramisu as a make-ahead dessert forPlastic mould some upcoming dinner parties. I’ll make my own gelato (bacio gelato with hazelnut spread and dark chocolate) from Vancouver’s Bella Gelateria instead of using commercial vanilla ice cream. I suspect the gelato will not require softening, like commercial recipe. I’ll have to see, when it’s made.
It’s make-ahead which means I’ll need to reserve freezer space….my freezer’s getting pretty crammed, especially as I’m stocking up on Fraser River sockeye salmon. Bought three yesterday. Unfortunately I bought two others a couple days Plastic mouldago (impulsively eager to get my hands on some, at Whole Foods) and I paid twice the price and learned too late it wasn’t even Fraser River salmon. (Since then, I had a press release from Whole Foods,Jordan Shoes,Ronnie Kray’s oil paintings to be put up for auct, with notice of sockeye on sale.) Anyway,Brookings seminary to help mold pastors for new ch, my husband’s a magician at making things fit into fridges,?????? ??????????????? ???, storage spaces, packed cars and freezers, so I’ll trust in him.
If you want the bacio gelato recipe Plastic mould(as well as a swack of other ice cream and gelato recipes), check out my recent story (actually, it’s a three-parter) on ice creams and gelatos.
